15 prompts to identify your intentions

Here are 15 prompts designed to help you identify your intentions. Do one, do two, or do ’em all. Whatever warms your belly 🙂

  1. Who are you following on social media? (I noticed, for instance, that enhanced self-care, particularly integrating yoga in my routine, because I was following so many yogis on Instagram. I also noticed that I wanted to improve my marketing tactics due to who I was following and why I was following them.)
  2. What books are you reading, buying and downloading? (You don’t necessarily have to be reading them, by the way, but it says a lot if you’re collecting so many of one particular subject.)
  3. Which articles and videos pique your interest the most lately?
  4. Which subjects dominate your conversations lately? (Don’t forget the vents, complaints, self-talk, etc.)
  5. What do you think about before falling asleep?
  6. What have you been dreaming about?
  7. What are you spending money on?
  8. What do you pray about?

  11. Place your hands over your navel and verbally express everything you will do, beginning with “I will.”
