25 Ways to Love Yourself for Free

We usually have enough sense to set aside a day or two for ourselves, but how often do we know what to do during those moments? How many times have you found yourself feeling unproductive? Or, what about waking up the next morning regretting all the money you spent?

25 ways to love yourself

Me-time doesn’t have to consist of fine dining, island excursions, spa visits, or any of that. You don’t need a lover, a friend, or a dollar to spend. While I’m sure that there are a billion and three activities things you can do to make this happen, here are 25 tried-and-true ways to love yourself free of charge:

  2. Paint your toes
  3. Deliberately choose your outfit of the day
  4. Sit to eat with no timer
  5. Take a nap
  6. Go for a walk
  7. Meditate
  8. Create (or update) a vision board
  9. Read a book
  10. Start writing a book

  16. Take a ridiculously long bath or shower
  17. Lie on the floor on your back, bring your knees to your chest, and rock from side to side

  19. Experiment with makeup techniques
  20. Try a new hairstyle
  21. Dance!
